I am a Master's-qualified Accredited Australian Social Worker offering individual support, with a particular focus on women navigating complex life experiences, relationships and significant periods of change. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space to make sense of your experiences, explore what matters to you, and reconnect with your own strengths, values and self-trust. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based and grounded in a simple belief: you are not broken. I work holistically, understanding you within the context of your whole life, your relationships, experiences and circumstances, as well as social expectations, inequalities and systems that can impact the choices and opportunities available to us. We often hold more wisdom and possibility within us than we realise. Sometimes we simply need the space and support to find our way back to it. You are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you find your own way forward.
