Free Mental Health Check-in (K10)

A free, private 5-minute mental health check-in based on the Kessler K10 scale. No signup required. Understand your current level of distress and find support.

The Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) is ten questions about how you have felt over the past four weeks. It is widely used in Australian primary care and takes about five minutes.

It runs without an account and nothing is stored unless you choose to save it. It gives you a distress score and what that range generally indicates.

It is a screening tool, not a diagnosis. A high score is a reason to talk to someone, not a conclusion about you. If you are in danger, call 000; Lifeline is 13 11 14, any hour.
