I’m Gaia Mainini, a trauma-informed, person-centred counsellor and the practitioner behind Greenrose Counselling. I support young people and adults through periods of change, stress, relationship difficulties, anxiety, life transitions, and challenges around identity, work, family and wellbeing. I also work with couples, creating a safe and non-judgemental space to explore what is happening beneath the surface and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, adapting our work to your individual needs, goals and pace. With a background in psychology and more than 15 years of experience across community and wellbeing services, I have worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and a range of life experiences. My goal is to help you make sense of what you are experiencing, build on your strengths, and find practical and meaningful ways forward.
