I welcome adults and young people aged 13+ experiencing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, grief and loss, trauma, relationship difficulties and challenging life changes. I also support people navigating ADHD and neurodivergent experiences, including masking, burnout and emotional overwhelm. I provide a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person, helping you make sense of what you're experiencing, develop practical strategies and work towards meaningful change. I draw on CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness and expressive therapeutic techniques. I offer in-person and online counselling on the Sunshine Coast. NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed are welcome, and I am a registered WorkCover Queensland provider for eligible clients with approved claims.
